  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals.


Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with order details and product images.

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or color preference.


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Exchange Policy

At Jewel pop, we offer exchanges only in specific cases to ensure product quality and fairness.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
